At Interwoven Wellness, we are committed to honoring the unique person in front of us. This means individualizing care — no one-size-fits-all approach. In our 1:1 sessions, we listen, help you identify your strengths and guide you towards healing. We ground our practice in evidence-based and trauma informed therapies, centering Internal Family Systems (IFS).
We trust your self-knowledge and work collaboratively with you to offer whole-person, integrated treatment. We work with teens (ages 16+) and adults.

Sometimes it’s helpful to remember you’re not in this — life! — alone. Groups offer a space to meet and connect around shared identities, struggles, or experiences. Of course, every person’s journey is different, but sharing with others creates belonging and connection.
Therapy groups are process oriented and focus on therapeutic goals and mutual support. Psychoeducation Groups are more structured, often following a curriculum, and focus on learning and skill building. Many groups, such as support groups and affinity groups, offer a combination of both approaches!Coming Soon: TransForming Parenthood & Q’mmunity

Has your child come out as trans? Nonbinary? Genderqueer? Learning that your child is trans or gender diverse can be a surprise and comes with a variety of emotions and questions. Many parents of trans and gender diverse kids feel isolated and struggle to understand what their child is going through.
Interwoven Wellness offers parent counseling, groups, workshops, and resources to support you along your child’s gender journey.

True well-being fosters a sense of connection in and beyond ourselves. At Interwoven Wellness, we honor all dimensions of wellness, including spiritual wellness. Retreats provide sacred, inclusive space for you to connect in whatever ways help you make meaning — values, faith, spirituality, secular worldviews, nature, etc. Come as you are to experience an intentional space for restorative rest and intentional separation from the noise of the outside world.
Retreats are a supplemental offering for clients and non-client community. This is not a therapeutic service.
Stay tuned for dates, pricing, and details!
